(Don\u2019t worry too much \u2013 the earliest actual compliance date for the new requirements is an additional year away and many of them are four years away.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">While the rule isn\u2019t *official* until it\u2019s published in the Federal Register, they have provided the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gpo.gov\/fdsys\/pkg\/FR-2016-03-14\/pdf\/2016-05191.pdf\"> prepublication version with commentary<\/a>\u00a0on their website.
